Description

The DPT 130 Digital Pan & Tilt Head is designed to meet the quiet, smooth requirements of remote motion control mid size professional SD and HD video cameras. The DPT 130 uses a simple RS-422 interface to the ESI family of digital controllers and is ideal for applications such as teleconferencing, houses of worship, distance learning, entertainment, and meeting rooms. The Model 180 family of digital controllers was specifically designed to provide optimum performance for the DPT 130.

Presets are available on the DPT 130 for pan, tilt, zoom, and focus. The high resolution of the presets yields very accurate and repeatable preset recall. Sixteen presets per camera site may be programmed and recalled on the DPT 130.

The DPT 130 is the perfect pan & tilt head for the JVC GY-HD200 and GY-HD250 high definition cameras. When used with JVC cameras the DPT 130 may also be supplied with the Model 55 CCU extender. The Model 55 allows the RM-LP55 to control the camera over long cable runs, maximum distance is 2000 feet.

For applications where mounting the power supplies for the camera near the pan and tilt is a problem the DPT 130 offer a unique solution. An option is available for the camera power to be provided by the DPT 130, this option must be specified on the order for the DPT 130, the part number for this option is 2070144.
